Care Guide

Pearls

Keep pearls away from chemicals: Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, lotions, or makeup, as these can damage the delicate surface and dull their natural shine. Remove pearls before swimming in chlorinated water or using cleaning products.

Store pearls properly: Keep each piece in a soft pouch or cloth, separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching. Avoid airtight plastic containers, which can trap moisture and dull their luster. A fabric-lined jewelry box or a soft cotton pouch works best.

Clean gently: After wearing, wipe pearls with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove oils or residue. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid soaking pearls for long periods, as this can weaken silk threads on necklaces or damage the surface.

Handle with care: Pearls are soft gemstones—avoid dropping them, exposing them to rough surfaces, or wearing them during strenuous activities. Regular wear is actually beneficial, as natural skin oils help maintain their luster.

Pendants & Chains

Store separately: To prevent scratches or tangling, keep each pendant or chain in its own pouch or compartment.

Avoid chemicals: Keep jewelry away from lotions, hairspray, perfumes, and cleaning products.

Water caution: While many of our pendants are water-resistant, we do not recommend soaking or submerging jewelry in water, especially pieces with delicate components or metals.

Clean carefully: Wipe gently with a soft cotton cloth to remove dust or dirt. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap solution and warm water, then dry completely before storing.

General Tips

Avoid extreme temperatures: Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight, heaters, or extremely cold places, as extreme temperature changes can affect metals, pearls, and threads.

Check regularly: Inspect your jewelry occasionally for loose components, fraying threads, or worn clasps. Early attention helps extend the life of your pieces.

Wear mindfully: Remove jewelry before sports, heavy lifting, or sleeping to minimize damage or tangling.
