Processing & Delivery

All orders are handmade-to-order by our artisans in Lombok, so products will be shipped within 5–7 working days depending on the complexity of the design. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

For custom or personalized jewelry, processing may take 5–10 working days depending on the design.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Order changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, made an order by mistake, or wish to change your items, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to amend or cancel it. Any extra shipping costs due to inaccurate information will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the courier directly for such issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos and details. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund your item. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear defect.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Policy

When ordering from us, please note that customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT/GST), and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are separate from our shipping costs.

All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these costs, as they vary by country, order value, and product type.

To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on any potential charges or restrictions before placing your order. Please also note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.
