Our Process
Idea & Consultation: Share your design concept with us via WhatsApp or our contact form. We’ll discuss materials, pearls, pendants, and chain options, as well as timelines and pricing.
Production: Once approved, our artisans begin crafting your custom piece. Custom designs typically take 5–10 working days depending on complexity.
Delivery: Your piece will be shipped via JNE (local) or FedEx (international). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For more information regarding shipping, please refer to this page.
Pricing & Revisions
Pricing depends on the materials, complexity, and design size. We’ll provide a quote before production begins.
For custom designs, we allow 1 revision within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs for sending items back for revision.

Custom and personalized orders are handmade-to-order, so all sales are final except for revisions or defective items.
